Only guests who check in upon presenting an ID card, a valid passport, or another identity document may stay at the guesthouse.
If a guest requests an extension of their stay, they may be offered a different room than the one they were originally staying in.
The guest uses the room for the period agreed upon arrival. Unless the period of stay was agreed otherwise, rooms are ready from 16:00. On the last day of the stay, the guest is obliged to vacate the room by 10:00 at the latest.
Between 22:00 and 7:00, the guest is obliged to observe night-time quiet hours.
For the stay and provided services, the guest is obliged to pay prices in accordance with the valid price list upon arrival.
It is not allowed to interfere with the electrical and TV network or other installations in the room and common areas.
It is not allowed to use one’s own electrical appliances (e.g., electric kettles, cookers, toasters, etc.). The guest is responsible for damages caused by the operation of these permitted appliances.
When leaving the room, the guest is obliged to turn off the lights, turn off the TV, close the windows, and return the card upon termination of the stay.
For the loss of the card, the guest is obliged to pay an amount of 100 CZK.
Early check-in or late check-out is charged at 300 CZK.
The guest is fully responsible for damages caused to the property of the guesthouse.
Neither pets nor bicycle storage are allowed in the guesthouse.
Entry is prohibited to persons who are not registered in the accommodation logbook.
Every guest is obliged to observe these accommodation and fire regulations. In case of their violation, the guesthouse owner has the right to terminate the stay.
Strict smoking ban in all areas of the guesthouse. A fine of 5000 CZK is charged for violating the ban.
Ban on using open fire, including candles. A fine of 5000 CZK is charged for violation.
Reception operating hours are 7:00–22:00. Forced service outside these hours is charged at 1000 CZK.
