Penzion U Kubesa will only accommodate guests who are properly registered. On arrival guests must show a valid ID, passport or other valid document with a photograph.
Accommodation is allowed only to those who are not infected with a contagious disease or those who seem to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If a guest asks for an extension of his accommodation, he can be offered a different room than the one previously occupied.
The guest is entitled to occupy the contracted guest room from 4 p.m. on the day of registration until 10 a.m. on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. guests are required to respect the quiet hours, i.e. not to disturb other guests staying at the property.
Guests pay for their accommodation and any other provided services at the beginning of their stay, according to the valid price list.
It is not allowed to interfere with the electrical and TV network or other installations in the room and common areas.
It is forbidden for guests to use their own electrical appliances (kettle, toaster, etc.). This regulation does not apply to electrical appliances for personal hygiene and appliances with low power consumption serving personal needs (laptops, chargers for cameras, phones etc.).
When leaving the room, guest is required to turn off the lights, TV, close the windows, turn off the taps and leave the room key (card) and air conditioning remote at the reception.
In case of loss of key card, the guest has to pay a 100 CZK penalty.
Earlier/later check in/out is possible for an additional charge of 300 CZK.
The guest shall compensate Penzion U Kubesa for any damage caused through intention or negligence on the part of the guest.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or other animals to the premises.
Only registered guests are allowed at the property.
Every guest is required to adhere to the accommodation rules and fire regulations. In case of violation of the accommodation rules, Penzion U Kubesa can terminate the stay.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel. At any violation of this ban the guest will be charged 5000 CZK.
It is prohibited to use open fire, including candles, in case of violation the guest will be charged 5000 CZK.
Reception is open 7a.m.- 10 p.m. in case of need of receptionist on site in hours when reception is closed (forgotten/lost card, etc.) the guest will be charged 1000 CZK.
If the guest violates the accommodation rules or the good morals, Penzion U Kubesa is entitled to charge a 5000 CZK penalty, or withdraw from the provision of accommodation services before the expiry of the agreed period.
If a guest accidentally sets off a fire alarm, a 500 CZK fine will be charged.
